Spectrum Microwave's ability to offer complete solutions is evidenced by use of six high frequency ATEs. Testers and handlers are designed and fabricated in-house to ensure application of optimal methods, accuracy, and maximum throughput.
Automated testing is conducted over wide temperature ranges to collect the following in-process data:
- Saturated power testing to 100 watts
- S-Parameters to 50 GHz
- Insertion loss
- Isolation
- Intermod products
- Labview software for easy formatting and viewing
- -70°C to 150°C
- Phase Shift Detection

Low Phase Noise Testing (Agilent ES5500)
Integral to finding solutions to frequency control problems is the ability to test for compliance. In order to successfully test these complex designs, we have invested heavily in high performance test equipment including Agilent PNA network analyzers with calibrated performance to 50 GHz, low phase noise signal generators, an Agilent ES5500 phase noise measurement system, and additional in-house environmental test equipment.
