Philadelphia Operations (formerly Amplifonix) specializes in Low Noise and Low Phase Noise Amplifiers from 100 kHz to 4000 MHz. Philadelphia also produces high linearity amps (to +95 dBm) with output power up to +3 Watts. The design team in Philadelphia also support our customers with Low Phase Noise VCOs, High Dynamic Range Limiting Amps, Digital Attenuators, Detectors and GaAs & Pin Diode Switches. Spectrum Microwave has outfitted a new 45,000 ft2 facility to support the combined manufacturing and engineering operations of our Worcester and Marlborough facilities, located in the Massachusetts Marlborough Technology Park. The move represents a 16,000 ft2 expansion. This new world-class facility houses over 30,000 ft2 of microelectronic clean room manufacturing, in an ISO 9001 registered facility, fully certified to MIL-PRF-38534 Class H and Class K standards. Within this facility, Spectrum Microwave professionals design and manufacture high-performance hybrids, MCMs, SAW filters and SAW-based sub-systems. Product functions include data converters, oscillators, filters and precision analog circuits. Our team brings over 45 years of design experience, and our high volume automated assembly lines allow the facility to develop custom solutions for the Communications, Aerospace, Industrial and Defense industries.

Spectrum Microwave's State College Operations is their largest manufacturing & design center covering over 240,000 sq. feet. This facility, now home to former EMF Systems, specializes in manufacturing and design of Low Phase Noise DROs, PLOs, CROs, and other Frequency Source Solutions. The operation is also home to their quick-turn "Rapid Cell" Filter Design & Manufacturing Center, specializing in Lumped Element & Cavity designs. Also located inside this facility is their Machining Center of Excellence and one of several Lower Cost Ampifier assembly support lines.

Our Nashua Operations (formerly Sage Laboratories) is an ISO9001:2008 registered facility, and offers a full complement of standard and custom components including Couplers, Hybrids, Rotary Joints, Mixers, Power Dividers, Switches and Phase Shifters from DC-40 GHz. The operation also designs and manufactures broadband filters, multiplexers and switched filters using suspended stripline substrate (SSS) technology for delivering the lowest loss and stable filter based product. Nashua also supports requirements for instantaneous frequency measurement receivers (IFMs), converters, integrated microwave assemblies (IMAs) and offers build-to-print capabilities with full RF & Microwave and environmental test capabilities. Our products have a long heritage of supporting the communications, test & measurement, medical and defense markets.
