Spectrum Microwave Series 180s meet the same technical specifications as Series 190, except this unit is smaller in size. If you need a unit with high reliability but only 0.6" x 0.6," this model is a good choice. They are ideal for use in low cost synthesizers and phase locked loops and are designed for low phase noise and rugged environments.

Hyperabrupt Varactors provide linear tuning with low tuning voltage. High temperature solder is used to prevent the solder joints from remelting during the reflow process in production.
